The Flavours of Summer - Remembrance of Travels Past

This summer, I had been fortunate enough to cook for my family some of my favourite foods from around the world. Nothing brings me more joy than to share a meal with them while reminiscing about taste encounters during our travels. Everyday that passes, we are extremely grateful that even though we had fallen on hard times, we have plenty on our table and we have many memories to draw from.
